Gretchen Patsios and Stellar Roots owner Lindsey Sita Mann are collaborating to offer a unique Sound Journey in Nature, based in the living landscape of the farm. Gretchen will set up Gongs in various locations throughout the farm and we will travel between them, with guided meditations to connect to the elemental consciousness of nature.

Gretchen’s work with Matrix Release Specialist offers transformation and healing through Sound journeys. She is a self healer, a lifelong seeker of consciousness exploration and healing modalities.  Through her own hero's journey, she brings a wealth of experience that uniquely informs her understanding of the profound impact of thoughts, words, and sound on our health and existence.  Her journey has revealed a deep awareness that within each of us lies a distinct internal blueprint for transformation, creation, and healing.  She is dedicated to guiding individuals on a path of self-discovery and empowerment, harnessing the transformative potential inherent in our internal landscapes via the sacred art of gong and her voice.  

Lindsey Sita Mann is a Regenerative farmer, Landscape architect, and Geomancer. She studied with renowned teacher Marko Pogacnik for a decade and has practiced Geomancy regularly at home and abroad for the last 20 years, currently with LifeNet. She works with Elemental, Devic and Angelic consciousness towards the realization of the greater farm mission: to deepen human relationship to nature in the context of ascension, the awakening of consciousness happening across the globe in this special moment in time!

Class Ticket Terms and Conditions

All sales for events, classes and workshops are final. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you cannot make it, send a friend instead!

Weather in Rabun County is variable. Classes will be held rain or shine. The Apothecary Barn is a cozy spot for gathering, in addition to ample garden space. In the event of serious inclement weather, we will reach out to reschedule. If you are unable to attend the new date, you have the option to receive a voucher for a future workshop or a refund.

If there is low-enrollment for a class, Stellar Roots Herbs may notify you of cancellation. In this case, you will have a credit voucher for future workshops or you will be able to receive a refund.
