Qi Gong: Movement as Meditation
Slowing down, savoring, and silencing allow us to access inner resources such as intuition, deep gratitude, and systemic relaxation. Join Avril for an intentional flowing practice that is incorporates elements of Qi Gong, dynamic stretching and gentle yoga asana to prepare the body for deep relaxation, pranayama and superconscious meditation—the ultimate goal. This practice is not about pushing edges, it's about relinquishing the doing and allowing the body to flow, becoming a receptacle for meditation- an opening into Silence.
This class includes a ticket to Slow Sunday on the Farm. With herbal tea included, this is your invitation to a half or full day retreat, off your screen and in nature, starting with farm-grown herbal tea and a grounding movement practice.
