Hams (unsliced): Whole (~27 lbs) and Half (~+ 13 lbs)
Ham Steaks (Sliced): 1” thick and approximately ~3 lbs. each. Some may weigh more, and some may weigh less.

Pastured pigs are a part of our regenerative mission on the farm. They till and fertilize the soil and are raised with care to Organic standards- they forage clover, grass, and grubs, and are fed with supplemental Certified Organic feed from Reedy Fork Farm.
