The Boston Butt comes from the shoulder section of the pig.
There are two cuts available: Whole (~10lb) and Half (~5lb)
These cuts are priced at $11.50 per pound.

Pastured pigs are a part of our regenerative mission on the farm. They till and fertilize the soil and are raised with care to Organic standards- they forage clover, grass, and grubs, and are fed with supplemental Certified Organic feed from Reedy Fork Farm.
